100 % Grenache Noir


WINEMAKING
Destemmed grapes.
Pumping over and treading.
Vatting period of 3 weeks in concrete vats before pressing the marc.


SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 12 °C and 15 °C.


TASTING
EYE : light ruby red colour.
NOSE : lingering scents of red berries and apricot.
PALATE : wild berries flavours with fine spiciness and a long finish.


WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
Colds cuts, blue cheese.
