VARIETY
100 % Grenache Blanc.


WINEMAKING
Skin maceration and cold must settling followed by a
fermentation period of three weeks at cool temperature.


SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 7 °C and 12 °C.


TASTING
ŒIL : clear and bright white
NOSE : scents of fennel and quince fruit.
PALATE : refreshing notes of ripe citrus, fine and light finish.


WINE & FOOD PAIRING
Tielle octopus pie, sheep's milk cheese.
