All of the white and rosé wines from Domaines Barsalou are made in the winery of Saint Maurice.
The cellar of stainless steel tanks is equipped for temperature control in order to have a progressive and powerful evolution of flavours during the fermentation.
La Rousèdo is made from Cinsault and Grenache Gris. Thanks to the slow ripening of the grapes, this lively blend offers a rich aromatic expression.
The Domaine de Saint Maurice also produces a red AOP Languedoc wine made from a blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah. The geological particularities of the Fontfroide valley helps to develop an original red wine with subtle and moderately tannic flavours.
