GEOLOGY
Limestone colluvium and Upper Cretaceous sandstone.


VARIETIES
Carignan & Grenache Noir.


WINEMAKING
Each grape variety is destemmed and vinified separately. The juice are pumped over during fermentation in concrete tanks. The vatting lasts three weeks. Blending after filtering.


SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 12 °C and 15 °C.


TASTING
EYE : cherry-red color.
NOSE : classic aromas of wild berries.
PALATE : flavours of red fruits with a prolonged body and supple tannins.


WINE & FOOD PAIRING
Warm goat cheese salad, coq au vin.
