The vineyards that give the most aromatic grapes are intended for the production of wines bottled under the labels Château Villenouvette, Château Aumèdes and Domaine de Saint Maurice. The particular characteristics of the terroirs give wines with marked identities on each of these vineyards. The majority of these wines are produced in a traditional way according to the framework defined by the rigorous specifications of the appellations of protected origins Corbières and Languedoc.
